ISPM 15 Regulation

Do you know what to do so that your company does not face any penal sanctions under the new regulations of the ISPM 15 standard?

1. In order to ensure traceability on all wooden packages, next to or under the ISPM logo; Oven no-Date-Batch no will be printed.
2. ISPM 15 certificate, report and graphic must be attached to the invoice of each wooden package purchased.
3. On the report of packaging materials subjected to ISPM 15 process; Material size-type, Batch number, Material quantity, Company name and title, Operator approval must be present.
4. If the ISPM 15 stamped wooden packages purchased before 01/01/2020 are not given ISPM report and graph by the manufacturer or supplier, these packaging materials "CANNOT BE USED IN EXPORT"
5. The wooden packages under the imported products can be used if there are ISPM 15 reports and graphics in the invoice attachment, if not, they cannot be used.
6. When purchasing wooden packaging materials, ISPM 15 certification and documents should be requested in full.
7. If the ISPM 15 report and graph is attached to the invoice, it can be used, if not, it cannot be used in exports.
8. If there is ISPM 15 stamp on the new and second hand wooden packages purchased and if they will be used for export; reports and graphics must be given to the end user in full and complete by the manufacturer or supplier in the invoice attachment.
9. On the ISPM 15 stamped wooden packaging purchase invoice and delivery note; "Heat treated materials were heat treated on 01/01/2020. Heat treatment printouts are attached to the invoice" Batch No: ......
10. If there is an ISPM 15 stamp on the second-hand wooden packages, which are imported and transformed both domestically and abroad, but there are no documents, the old stamp should be scraped or deleted in accordance with the new regulation, re-heat treated and invoices and reports should be obtained within the scope of the new regulations as of 01/01/2020.
